Back to School!
Well Carlo started 1st Grade. I cannot believe that he is 1st grade! We met his teacher before school started and we thought she will be a good match for Carlo. He seems to be very excited about school and has really accelerated at reading. Sophia took the summer off from the Montessori school and went back the same day. It was a little different because some of her good friends headed off to Pre-K and Kindegarten. I know this is going to be a great year!

Sophia Playing "Devil" Mommy
Sophia loves playing Mommy and pushing her dolls around in the stroller. Well this particular day, she decided to wear a devil headband. Then she topped off the look with a mismatch outfit; the tshirt backwards with "CHICKS RULE" on it and a cool skirt. That's Phia!

Her "CHICKS RULE" tshirt.

Sophia and Her Quirky Style

She did her own hair this day with a Halloween barette and had on her leopard leotard. Such style!

Carl Showing His Talent at Metroplitan Soul

Metropolitan Soul , our friend Tracy's store (downtown) was part of an "art walk" and Carl was invited to play some music. He did a great job and had a lot of fun. This was such a good opportunity because it allowed him to network with some of the local businesses. Hopefully, it will allow him to make money doing what he loves.

Sophia's Crazy Sense of Style!

She has on a pull-up (even though she is potty trained!), mittens and an ear warmer. Mind you that it was already 80 degrees that day early in the morning! That's our crazy girl!
