A Beautiful Day

We were intending on going to Chick hill but we did not go far enough and stumbled along some other beautiful views. We ended up at a lake that was about 15 min from Chick Hill so we decided to hang out there and explore after lunch. The kids had a great time tossing stones, looking at leaves (which are just beautiful now!) and enjoying the sun. On our way home we stopped for another gorgeous view and the kids got to play with real cotton plants. They thought it was so cool. Maine has so many beautiful places that even if you don't get to the one you wanted to get to, there is another one waiting to be explored.
